I love this game. Seeing this makes me want to go play it once again and get teary-eyed. This looks really faithful to its beautiful art style. I could easily mistake it as official work done by the original developers.

[Pluto]

Ah man, 2006. It's been 18 years since but I still remember sitting in my 7th grade science class learning about the denouncement of Pluto as a dwarf planet. Was quite mind blowing at the time, still strange today to say there are only eight planets.

Ah, this is such a surprise! I love her too! Arko is one of my favorite NG artists when it comes down to character designs and color palettes. Like how you borrowed a bit from the recent character sheet and put your own spin on it. The angry expression with the skull is adorable. The liquid-y shapes from the falling teacup also look really sick. Nice work, Bleak.

Yeah, I really love the simple shapes in their stuff; makes the silhouettes really stand out, and it made for a fun design to draw for myself too.

And thanks! You're spot on! I wanted to do something a little different with the look of it just so it felt like something new. The angry one is my favorite; her hat gets to be a little flame in that one. :)

And i'll be honest with ya, before posting it, the original idea was to just personally DM it to them cuz everytime I do a Fanart that doesn't feel justified (Like doing something for the OC plaza thread) I am always worried of posting the piece on my socials and taggin the artist and looking like I am a clout chaser, but they liked it and encouraged me to post it on Twitter and Instagram so they could give me a shoutout. It is embarrassing for me, but I won't deny that I am proud of the piece and wanted to show it around.

[How Very Puzzling]

Ooooooooo, the idea of making the whole composition form out of puzzle pieces is brilliant! I love the combination of blues and pinks here. The pointy pattern used for the bottom portion of the wallpaper also looks really neat. Probably my new favorite piece from you so far this year.

I don’t know if I like the end result all that much, but I initially wanted to take a throwback sort of approach with lots of patterns and not a lot of shading.

I might have to use the puzzle piece concept somewhere in Homecoming though, I think I could execute it better with some animation. :)

This intensity would match well with the speeding tempo in Sonic's drowning theme lol.
